Awakened Ministries is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing Christ-centered counseling, ministry, and support to individuals and families.
Your generosity helps make this work possible, and we sincerely appreciate every contribution.
Tax-Deductible Contributions
Awakened Ministries is organized as a nonprofit organization.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, donations may be tax-deductible. Donors should consult their tax advisor regarding the deductibility of any contribution.
Donation receipts are provided for qualifying contributions.
Donation Processing
Online donations are securely processed through Givebutter and its authorized payment processors.
Awakened Ministries does not store your complete payment card or banking information.
Recurring Donations
If you enroll in recurring giving:
Changes made after a payment has been processed will apply to future scheduled donations.
Your payment method will be charged according to the schedule you select.
You may modify or cancel recurring donations at any time through your Givebutter donor account or by contacting Awakened Ministries for assistance.
Donation Accuracy
Please review your donation amount and payment information carefully before submitting your contribution.
By completing a donation, you confirm that:
You intend to make the donation.
The payment method belongs to you or you are authorized to use it.
The information you provide is accurate.
Refund Policy
Awakened Ministries values the trust of our donors.
Because charitable donations are generally intended to provide immediate support for our ministry, donations are typically considered final.
However, we recognize that mistakes can happen.
Refund requests may be considered in circumstances such as:
- Duplicate transactions
- Incorrect donation amounts entered in error
- Unauthorized transactions
- Technical processing errors
Refund requests should be submitted as soon as possible after the donation is made.
Whenever possible, requests should be made within 30 days of the donation date.
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method whenever possible.
Awakened Ministries reserves the right to review each refund request individually. do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
Failed or Rejected Payments
If a recurring payment cannot be processed because of an expired payment method, insufficient funds, or another payment issue, future recurring donations may be suspended until payment information is updated.
Privacy
Information submitted during the donation process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Payment information is processed securely by Givebutter and is subject to Givebutter’s Privacy Policy.
